I can honestly say that this season has been an amazing time for Motherwell Football Club, my childhood team, and a club that has a budget 10% the size of the big clubs like Celtic. At one point during the season they had the best defensive record of any team in the UK leagues and only five clubs in Europe were better. They played football like no one had quite seen before in Scotland. They may well have bettered their 4th place finish if the the early building process gave more wins than draws. But hey, it shows that with a great manager and a fantastic club this is what is possible.

The suggestion that we should all stand for at least two hours or even up to four hours a day in the office is being put forward in an article by the Guardian (say no more). In the Radio 4 Eddie Mair Show they put this to the test by standing throughout the whole show. The question it raised was would this trend really be the end of the road for the office chair.
